The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, programmatic, and leadership skills, with experience in facilities operations, maintenance, and support services.
A degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field is essential, along with at least five years of experience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing planned and reactive maintenance programs of similar scope and complexity
* Executing contracts within budget and on schedule, ensuring community support during personnel changes
* Interfacing with stakeholders, including Contractor Officers and Chiefs of Facilities
* Synthesizing project schedules, costs, risks, and deliverables, and monitoring related metrics
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Host Nation Real Estate Agent and Business License (or equivalent)
* Degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field from an accredited institution
* Five years of experience in facilities management, preferably on government-sponsored programs
