Contact Centre Operator
* $34.59 per hour + super
* Initial 6 month contract
* Full time - 35 hours per week
* Rotating roster (Mon - Sun, 6am - 10pm)
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our organisation on a 6 month contract.
About the Role
* Delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication and attention to detail.
* Utilising intermediate computer skills across various operating systems.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer journey.
* A strong understanding of confidential information handling, adhering to organisational and legal standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 2+ years of Customer Service experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Intermediate computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
