Job Title: Operations Manager / Business Operations Lead / Process Manager
Location: Multiple International Locations
Salary Package: 40,00,000 - 55,00,000 Per Annum

Education:

Operations Strategy & Execution: Align business operations with company goals and market trends.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management: Train, mentor, and oversee department teams.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relations.

Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal standards.

Performance Metrics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and prepare operational reports.

Technology & Automation in Operations: Leverage AI, ERP systems, and cloud platforms for efficiency.
