Delivering exceptional clinical services as an experienced Occupational Therapist is a key aspect of this leadership role. You will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload and providing timely therapeutic services to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage an allocated caseload
* Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function through clinical observations and standardized assessments
* Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant's needs
* Collaborate with junior staff members and students
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working in the disability sector and possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience delivering person-centered Occupational Therapy services
* Demonstrated at least 3 years of clinical OT experience in community, rehabilitation, and/or pediatrics
* Valid Driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle
* The ability to work independently
