About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical community team.
As a Support at Home Clinical Community Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Your primary focus will be on promoting independence and wellness through evidence-based care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and Incident Reporting:
* Monitor critical incidents and hazards in the community
* Follow up with clients and stakeholders as necessary
Additionally, you will be required to undertake clinical assessments within the community, complete health care plans, and capture quality in-home assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current Registration:
* Current Registered Nurse registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Clinical Experience:
* Evidence of continued professional development
* Safety and Compliance:
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance/Criminal Record Check
* Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
