Trade Store – Singleton NSW
Overview
We are on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Singleton NSW. This is a permanent full‐time role (Monday to Friday) with support for work‐life balance, management, and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Trade Store counter, handle customer requests, stock replenishment, general housekeeping, and other ad hoc duties.
- Action requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes.
- Understand customers' sales history, identify service requirements, and pursue upsell opportunities when available.
- Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills
- Customer service experience in a trade store, call centre, or retail workplace.
- Well‐developed customer service skills with a customer‐first approach.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‐motivated and interested in personal development within the company.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time‐management skills.
