Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing complex tax work, and leading a team of accountants to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the firm's tax division.
* Review complex compliance, tax returns, and advisory work.
* Mentor, train, and lead junior and senior accountants.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Drive efficiencies and contribute to strategic growth of the firm.
Key Requirements:
* CPA or CA qualified (or near completion).
* Minimum 6–8 years of tax and business services experience.
* Strong technical knowledge in Australian taxation.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Commercially minded with a growth mindset.
