Overview
Erina Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Club Allrounders to join our team in Erina, NSW. This casual role offers versatile shifts across various departments, including bistro, gaming, bar, promotions, and bingo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be rostered across multiple areas while having a primary department focus, ensuring excellent service and a great experience for our patrons.
Available Departments & Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation of gaming machines while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Process payouts and provide customer assistance as needed.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe gaming environment.
- Adhere to Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.
- Take food orders and deliver meals efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and plating as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service.
Promotions & Bingo
- Assist with club promotions, raffles, and member events.
- Call bingo games and engage with patrons.
- Encourage member participation in promotions.
- Support the marketing team with promotional activities.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Barista skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- A responsible and reliable approach to work.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current RSA and RCG certifications or willingness to obtain.
- Full, unrestricted driver’s license for courtesy bus applicants.
