We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Broker.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that will suit someone with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries for amendments/additions, cancellations, renewals
Process new business, renewals, and policy maintenance
Liaise with all stakeholders such as clients, underwriters, claims
Attend to enquiries
Perform any and all other duties as required
Qualifications and Experience
Tier 2, Tier 1 is preferable, plus recent experience in general insurance broking
Essential Skills and Software Knowledge
Highly attuned written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills
