You will do this by assisting and supporting fellow hospital colleagues with your clinical skills and service delivery knowledge to ensure:Clients can achieve tailored clinical outcomes and,That clients are provided adequate education around pathways to care – not only whilst they are an inpatient, but also after discharge.You will be supported by your Line Manager, DACS Clinical Nurse Consultant and the multidisciplinary DACS team. In this position you will initially have support of a specialist AOD Clinical Nurse Consultant, Drug and Alcohol Medical Staff Specialist along with multidisciplinary members of the Drug and Alcohol Clinical Services (DACS) team who are as equally invested in the wellbeing of the clients/patients.
