Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ECBO Sales Director to drive business development and client growth in Sydney. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of building strategic relationships, leading complex sales cycles, and delivering high-value business solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business development and sales strategies to win and grow key enterprise accounts
* Identify, pursue and close large, complex deals that meet both client needs and organisational goals
* Build and nurture executive-level client relationships, establishing trust and fostering long-term partnerships
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to design tailored solutions across Finance & Accounting (F&A), Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Experience (CX)
* Keep across market intelligence to spot emerging trends, competitor activity and new opportunities
* Support leadership with strategic planning, forecasting and revenue growth initiatives
* Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client engagements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years' experience in sales, business development or client leadership within enterprise solutions or outsourcing.
* Solid understanding of F&A, HRO, SCM and CX processes, with the ability to match solutions to client needs
* Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals and managing long sales cycles
* Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation and executive-level communication skills
* Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle and Workday, plus knowledge of RPA/AI tools is highly regarded
* Sydney-based, with flexibility and willingness to travel for key client meetings and events
