Do you use innovative approaches to identify and address client needs?We’re looking for an ETD & PB Client Middle Office (CMO) Specialist to:Provide excellent client service to ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives) and Prime Brokerage (PB) clients by monitoring, investigating, and responding to client queries related to day-to-day issuesParticipate in various local client visits, regulatory meetings with the local exchange (ASX) on industry projects and initiativesPerform and review daily and monthly client money reconciliations for futures and exchange traded optionsWork closely with various internal teams such as collateral and margin, settlements, CAIP, offshore and regional ops teams to resolve any client breaks or issues.Respond to various audit requests both internally and externally and facilitate any client audit requests to the correct internal audit teamsAct as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development teamIdentify and recommend ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controlsCommit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client serviceDeliver on various firm and industry wide project and initiativesYour teamYou’ll be working in the Client Middle Office (CMO) team in Sydney. We work closely with front to back office colleagues globally to manage internal and external client queries, trade allocations, confirmation exceptions and client money reconciliations. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services with continuous improvement on process efficiency and risk controlYour expertisePrevious client services experience, within the financial services industryPassion for dealing with clients, strong numerical skills and an understanding of ETD and PB productsGreat communicator, able to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levelsComfortable working with internal and external clients and stakeholdersProven ability to improve processes, reduce risks or increase customer satisfactionHave great attention to detail and can work well under pressureHave working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and EUAsSelf-motivated and drivenAre a team player and willing to help others locally and across locations *About UsUBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
