As a Senior Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries. You will be responsible for managing payroll operations from end-to-end, maintaining accurate records, and providing high-level customer service to employees.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and administer payroll operations from end-to-end, including data entry, calculations, and payments.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, systems, and databases in accordance with relevant legislation and policies.
* Provide high-level customer service to employees, addressing their payroll-related queries and concerns.
* Process new hires, transfers, and terminations efficiently and accurately.
* Assist in maintaining the payroll system and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
* Qualification in Payroll, Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a health or aged care setting.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership of work.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel.
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
