Serco is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Murdoch, Western Australia. This is a permanent, full-time role offering hybrid working arrangements (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH).
The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR advisory services to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and partner with managers and senior leaders to design and deliver expert HR strategies and solutions.

* Demonstrated expertise in change management.
* Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-volume case management.
* Proven human resource experience in large organisations, navigating complexity and competing stakeholder demands.
* Strong ability to build credibility, influence and negotiate with various levels of stakeholders.
* Provide human resource advice and services that enable and support stakeholders, to be compliant with legislation, regulation, policies, frameworks and procedures.
* Strong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables.
