About The Role
WorkPac are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Salesperson for a full-time opportunity with a well-established industrial supplier. Based at a local branch, this role is the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, processing orders, and supporting both the external sales team and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Accurately process orders, quotes, and customer inquiries
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored product solutions
* Support external sales representatives with account coordination and product preparation
* Assist with inventory management, stock levels, and replenishment
Skills And Experience Required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
* Previous experience in sales or customer service (industrial product knowledge a plus)
* Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
* Willingness to learn about bearings, power transmission, and other industrial products
* Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals
