Job Title: Vocational Education Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee all training operations and lead a dedicated team of trainers, delivering impactful vocational education and training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day business management of the Training Division to ensure smooth operation
2. Drive business growth through industry networking and stakeholder engagement
3. Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory bodies and VET Quality Framework
4. Manage diverse stakeholder relationships and collaborative working arrangements
5. Provide leadership to the Training team through innovative practices and professional development
Requirements:
* Current Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent Diploma) and/or Business Management or related Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of the VET sector, competency-based training, and VET Quality Framework
* Experience with conducting internal audits, industry consultation, and assessment validation
* Sound business acumen with ability to implement business strategies and manage teams
