This appointment provides new opportunities for a range of new C‑suite, Non‑Executive Director, Director and Chairperson appointments in Tasmania through 2026‑2028.
These directorship opportunities are suited to senior executives with aspiring or demonstrated capability in overseeing organisations which operate within regulated, publicly accountable, or community‑focused environments.

Enterprise risk and compliance: with the capacity to guide mature risk governance and ensure alignment with legislative and regulatory obligations.
Legal advice: on legal, IR and HR matters which may influence commercial and/or people initiatives.
Stakeholder engagement: particularly within government, industry, and community contexts requiring diplomacy, transparency, and strategic influence.
Digital transformation: including the governance of large‑scale technology programs and modernization initiatives that enhance capability, efficiency, and service delivery.
Asset management: to ensure investment and management of large scale assets and infrastructure is future‑proofing Tasmania.
These new Directors will contribute to:
Providing clear strategic direction to support organisational resilience and performance.
Ensuring robust governance that upholds accountability, integrity, and public value.
Supporting an executive leadership team through sound judgement, sector insight, and disciplined oversight.
Strengthening the organisation's capacity to deliver sustainable community outcomes in an increasingly complex operating environment.
