Role Description
This is a part time on-site role located in Winston Hills, NSW, for an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure proper maintenance of desktop computers and other IT equipment. Responsibilities include responding to help desk tickets, assisting with system updates, maintaining IT infrastructure, and offering user training where required. The role requires interacting with multiple teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and to maintain effective technological support across the organization.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with a strong focus on resolving hardware and software issues.
* Knowledge of Desktop Computers and Information Technology, including system setup and maintenance.
* Experience in Help Desk Support, including ticket management, user assistance, and IT infrastructure support.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff across various levels.
* Familiarity with networking, system upgrades, and software deployment is a plus.
* Relevant certifications in IT support or related technical fields are an advantage.
