About the role
Role Type: Full Time
What your role at Qube will look like:
* Administration and coordination of fleet maintenance activities working directly with the Fleet Maintenance manager and Qube suppliers/vendors
* Provide in cab phone support for MTData/communication system issues with our communication providers.
* Assisting with transport and chain of responsibility driver compliance
* Assistance with maintaining our internal safety and maintenance management systems (including Gearbox, MT Data, Moves and INX)
* General assistance to the Fleet Maintenance and SHS Managers

* Strong excel/office suite skills a must have. Tech savvy.
* Industry experience useful but not essential.
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
