Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for community health? Southport Park Chempro Chemist is looking for an energetic Pharmacy Assistant / Stock Controller to join our fast-paced team. This dual-focus role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with customers but also finds deep satisfaction in a perfectly organized storeroom and an accurate inventory system.
Key Responsibilities
* Stock Management: Receiving, unpacking, and reconciling invoices.
* Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, managing expiry dates, and conducting regular stocktakes to minimize shrinkage.
* Customer Service: Providing exceptional service at the retail counter, advising on S2/S3 medications (under pharmacist supervision), and assisting with general health and beauty inquiries.
* Merchandising: Ensuring the shop floor is visually appealing, correctly priced, and reflects current promotions.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience: Previous experience in a community pharmacy (highly regarded) or a strong background in retail stock control/inventory management.
* Knowledge: Completion of S2/S3 Certificate
* Technical Skills: High level of computer literacy.
