This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
Key accountabilities
- Review and analyse business requirements, system specifications and user stories to create functional test plans and cases that satisfy relevant objectives.
- Test planning, delivery and reporting activities, including designing, reviewing and executing manual and automated tests across multiple projects.
- Conduct regular quality assurance of work area processes, manage identified risks and issues, and find and communicate effective solutions to deliver organisational goals
Skills and abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Understanding of Dynamics CRM and Power Apps
- Proficiency in creating and executing manual test cases, performing regression testing, and documenting test results.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestComplete, or similar, to create and maintain automated test scripts
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python for writing test scripts and automating tasks.
- Knowledge of testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI to ensure seamless integration between different systems.
- Understanding of SQL and database management to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to integrate automated tests into the development workflow.
- Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail for tracking defects and managing test cases.
- Ability to design effective and comprehensive test cases, interpret test results, and continuously improve testing processes based on data.
- Strong business and stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Great time management skills and prioritising to work toward a fixed deadline
- Previous experience in a change and business improvement environment
