This role is integral to the efficient delivery of services across various directorates. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for a range of functions including correspondence, scheduling, customer enquiries, document management and reporting.
The Business Support Officer will be responsible for delivering high-quality administration assistance, coordinating appointments, reviewing and responding to operational requests and maintaining confidentiality.
* Deliver professional administration services including correspondence, typing and document preparation
* Coordinate the Director's schedules and meetings, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
* Review, coordinate and respond to operational requests and internal/external queries
* Screen incoming calls and direct enquiries to relevant teams
* Support the Director by preparing briefings, reports and related documentation
* Maintain strict confidentiality when working with sensitive information
