TCM are a well-established building and maintenance company, specialising in commercial construction and fit outs.
TCM are located at Beverley and is well established in the commercial building sector, with further growth in our minor and major projects division.
We are seeking an experienced individual to join the expanding TCM team, to undertake 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, partitions and general building work in the metro area.
Experience in commercial work not limited to joinery, steel stud and flushing plus adhoc maintenance would be an advantage.
The applicant will require the following:
* Have a minimum of 2 years (excluding apprenticeship) experience.
* Hold a Construction White card
* Ability to work unsupervised plus as part of a team.
* Attention to details along with excellent customer skills.
* Hold a current drivers license.
* Have or be able to obtain a Working with Children's Check and National Police Clearance.
* Be able to work both autonomously and in a small team.
* Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Have a good base of general construction knowledge.
* Be able to read and interpret plans.
