Description Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the market. Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on current market trends and recruitment processes. Negotiate job offers and manage the placement process. Maintain accurate records and reports in the internal database. Identify and engage new business opportunities. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality recruitment services. Profile A successful Recruitment Consultant should have: A background in the sales/recruitment industry or a related field. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
