The Gaming Services Host position reports directly to the Gaming Services Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experiencethrough proactively engaging with our guests.

A few of your responsibilities:
* Meet and greet guests across the gaming floor and private gaming areas introducing yourself and how you can assist them.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business.
* Provide guidance and instructions to customers on game selection, rules, and gameplay.
* Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.
* Monitor gaming activities are compliant with our establishment's policies.
What we are looking for:
* Must be able to work on a rotating roster
* Experience in a guest service-related field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* RSA qualification or willingness to obtain

With your exceptional attention to detail and customer centric background, you will take pride in ensuring a fun and unforgettable experience for our guests. Your ability to work collaboratively with a large and diverse team will set our Electronic Gaming Team up for success.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Premium Services Team at The Star.
