About the role Solicitor - Projects & Real Estate (Property) – Brisbane – Full time (location: Brisbane)
The Mallesons Projects & Real Estate team in Brisbane is recruiting a 2–3 year PQE Solicitor to work closely with the broader Real Estate team. The role offers exposure to high‑quality, complex and market‑leading matters across commercial, retail, industrial real estate, privatisation, infrastructure, energy, renewables and resources projects.
Responsibilities
Draft and review documents, including agreements, contracts, deeds, and other legal instruments.
Provide analytical, research and advisory support to deliver prompt and commercially astute advice.
Maintain strong client service and relationship management skills.
Collaborate effectively within a team and support colleagues.
Take part in business‑development activities, including industry programmes and strategic networking.
Qualifications
2–3 years post‑qualification experience as a solicitor.
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Excellent analytical, communication and research skills.
Demonstrated commitment to client service.
Positive, self‑aware, and collaborative mindset.
