This exciting opportunity exists to build relationships with our members on base through delivery of exceptional member service while offering sound residential mortgage advice.
As a key player in our retail branch network, you will work collaboratively with branch staff, regional lending peers, and our credit team to provide and support a positive member experience during the largest and most significant purchase our members make – their home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver seamless end-to-end banking experiences
* Makes outbound calls to new and prospective members.
* Create meaningful conversations with members by building trust and confidence.
* Build relationships within the Defence Community.
* Educate our members to adopt and use digital banking tools.
* Grow the Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolios.
* Partner with the Credit Team to ensure member expectations are met within a reasonable timeframe and within credit criteria.
You will be expected to create new opportunities, convert leads, and manage your pipeline. You enjoy engaging with members proactively via outbound calling.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive, yet flexible in operation. You have strong retail lending experience, a solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products, and the real estate market within your region.
Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential.
