Key Role in Sales and Marketing
The Sales and Marketing Officer plays a pivotal part in driving business development and brand promotion efforts. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will support customer relationship management, execute marketing strategies, and contribute to overall sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
* Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations for prospective clients.
* Maintain up-to-date records in the company's CRM system and manage sales documentation.
* Coordinate product inquiries, order processing, and follow-up communications.
Marketing Activities:
* Oversee and maintain the company website.
* Initiate digital marketing promotions on various platforms.
* Create content and materials for exhibitions.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or similar are preferred but not mandatory.
* 0–2 years' experience in similar sales / marketing roles in industrial industries.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is highly regarded.
* Previous exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or automotive markets is advantageous.
