As Officer, Research Systems Support, you will:
* Offer technical support for Research systems, prioritising issues for first point resolution and ensuring interactions are effectively tracked and documented.
* Ensure service requests and incident management are addressed promptly, maintaining a high standard of resolution in line with service level agreements and performance targets, and escalating complex queries where necessary.
* Efficiently manage and administer user access to multiple research systems.
* Monitor and review feeders daily and rectify errors, communicating to teams where enhancements could improve data quality
To be successful, you'll have:
* Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
* Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
* Completion of a Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
* An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
