What will you be doing?
Portfolio Management - In conjunction with colleagues, assist in the overall management of a portfolio from beginning to end of renewal cycle with a particular emphasis on profitable growth.Business Development – Contribute to new business activities and identify and develop new business prospects by cross-marketing.Relationship Building - Develop and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders, specifically insurance markets and distribution partners.Client Advice – Provide personalised advice to clients in all matters affecting their insurance program needs, including explaining insurance policy conditions, risks covered, premium rates and benefits, and to make recommendations on the amount and type of cover.Business Retention - Contribute to business retention activities.
This includes all forms of customer service and broking standards.To be successful in this role, you will need:Be capable of following directions and working collaboratively with others, while also being self-motivated and able to manage own workload.Be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
