Job Role: Operations Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as second-in-command and handle tasks in the manager's absence.
* Provide operational support and address issues and challenges promptly.
* Schedule meetings, team-building sessions and manage inquiries from staff and stakeholders efficiently.
* Maintain excellent customer service and build strong relationships with vendors.
* Prepare, file and maintain accurate records of forms and documents.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
* Conduct inventory checks, order office supplies and update logs and order forms accurately.
* Monitor operations and identify areas for improvement to present to the manager.
Requirements:
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with office procedures and protocols.
* Proficiency in using office software and tools.
