The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to fill the position of Mobile Device Repair Coordinator.
In this capacity, you will play a crucial part in assessing and processing repair warranty & service claims for damaged devices that require repair either through our in-house mail in service or through third party repair stores within our network.

Key Responsibilities:
The role will include:
- Coordinating mail in repairs with customers in Australia & New Zealand.
- Coordinating third party repairs for customers located around Australia & New Zealand.
- Working alongside our in-house technicians to administer and quote on repair jobs.
- Providing technical support to customer service agents in relation to current service claims.
- Quality Control of repaired and replacement devices.
Requirements:
You will be ideal for this role if you have:
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Great customer service skills.
- Technical knowledge.
- Proficiency with computer work.
- Experience in the electronics repair industry or insurance claims industry is highly regarded.
- The ability to adapt quickly to ongoing role development.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
