The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a commercial property portfolio.
* Strong organisational and communication skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
* Possession of a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
