Medical Negligence Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Support Specialist to join our growing and fast-paced litigation team.

About the Role
* Maintaining and managing multiple calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of lawyer schedules.
* Effective file management - electronic and hard copy - to maintain confidentiality and ensure efficient access to case information.
* Preparing high-quality legal correspondence and court documents, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Liaising with clients, medical providers, experts, barristers, courts, and other agencies to facilitate smooth case progression.
* Arranging meetings, appointments, and travel/accommodation arrangements, showcasing exceptional time management and organisational abilities.
* Billing - preparation, review, finalisation, and dispatch - to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in legal administration within a busy litigation team.
* Strong knowledge of Medical Negligence and General Insurance principles, with the ability to apply this expertise in a practical setting.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Familiarity with programs such as Aderant and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
* A keen eye for detail and a customer-service focus, ensuring excellence in all interactions.
