About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join our expanding team. This full‑time position offers flexibility around working hours and plays a critical role in the assessment, structuring, and progression of loan applications across a range of lenders.
You will work closely with our brokers to provide high‑quality credit analysis and ensure loan submissions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with lender policy.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed credit analysis and servicing assessments
* Interpret and apply lender policies to complex client scenarios
* Prepare high‑quality loan submissions and credit notes
* Assess risk, structure deals, and recommend suitable lending solutions
* Liaise with brokers to refine scenarios prior to submission
* Work directly with lenders to progress applications and resolve credit queries
* Ensure all applications meet compliance and NCCP requirements
* Maintain accurate records across CRM and lender platforms
* Support applications through to formal approval and settlement
About You
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Credit Analyst or similar role within mortgage or finance broking
* Strong understanding of lender credit policy and serviceability
* High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Confident communicator able to explain credit decisions clearly
* Ability to manage multiple applications and competing deadlines
* Experience with broker CRM systems and lender portals (highly regarded)
