The company concentrates on a variety of significant projects, particularly in the residential sector. A key focus has been a large-scale, two-tower apartment development, which also includes a substantial retail precinct. This project is intended to be a landmark in a major coastal city, featuring a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with high-end amenities. Their team has a long-standing history of delivering major projects in the region, including iconic residential towers.
As our client is continuing to grow, they are seeking a skilled Structures Foreman to join their expanding team and contribute to their ongoing success. The Role
* Structures Foreman on a multi level residential development
* Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
* Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
* Excellent build knowledge and people management
* We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required
Experience/Qualifications Required
* Minimum 5 year's proven experience as a Design Manager in Tier 1 or large-scale commercial towers or residential apartments for a head contractor for Australia.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).
* Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects
* Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.

* $180,000 - $230,000 + Superannuation (experience determining)
