We’re excited to welcome a creative and innovative digital marketer to join us as our new Lotteries Specialist. You’ll deliver dynamic multichannel campaigns for MS Lotteries during a pivotal period of growth and evolution. With the support of an engaged internal team and trusted external partners, you’ll champion online sales and craft personalised supporter journeys that engage, inspire, and retain a loyal community.
Reporting to the Lotteries and Donor Manager, you will:
* Bring lottery campaigns to life by coordinating the development of standout creative assets
* Design and deliver innovative, personalised marketing campaigns that speak to core and emerging audiences
* Produce engaging, high-impact messaging that captivates customers and drives action
* Champion a test-and-learn mindset, using data and insights to continually optimise performance
* Analyse and report on campaign results, uncovering opportunities for ongoing growth
* Implement smart segmentation strategies to elevate the supporter experience across every touchpoint
* Build strong relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery

* You bring hands-on experience in digital marketing or advertising, and if you’ve worked in lotteries, that’s a fantastic bonus (but not essential!)
* You know how to plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across multiple channels with confidence
* You think strategically and thrive on bringing fresh, innovative ideas that drive growth and improve performance
* You communicate clearly, professionally, and effortlessly with stakeholders at all levels
* You’re driven by growth and motivated to help the organisation achieve its goals
* You rely on data and insights to guide your decisions and deliver strong results
* You’re comfortable using a wide range of tools and platforms, CRMs, CMSs, Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, and more
