About the Role
Prosperity Residential is seeking a site supervisor with strong residential volume supervisor experience to join our growing team and help deliver high quality homes to our clients across the Brisbane/Moreton Bay region
Role will also involve working small/mid townhouse sites on North side and experience in Townhouse sites as well as standard Residential Homes an advantage.
Note - Preference is for a site Supervisor to Operate North Side of Brisbane, up to Caboolture (so live North side or close to)
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities
· Manage trades, suppliers, and construction sequencing
· Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
· Conduct quality inspections at key construction stages
· Maintain site safety and compliance with WH&S requirements
· Collaborate closely with internal construction and office teams
· No client liaison
· Ability to source trades as required
About You
· Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor
· Experience in Mixed density/Townhouse sites big advantage
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and Australian Standards
· Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently
· Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
· Experience using Onsite Companion or similar
· Current driver's licence
