About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success by leading end-to-end recruitment, proactively sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates, and working closely with managers and team leaders to deliver timely and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
The Job Responsibilities
* Lead the full recruitment cycle, from advertising and sourcing to shortlisting, interviewing, and compliance checks.
* Develop strong pipelines for Out-of-Home Care and NDIS programs by identifying and engaging top talent.
* Collaborate with senior staff to deliver timely and effective recruitment solutions that meet business needs.
* Represent our organization as an employer of choice, building networks to attract and retain exceptional talent.
About You
We are seeking someone who is passionate about recruitment, has excellent communication skills, and is able to build strong relationships with candidates, managers, and training providers. Key requirements include:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or workforce planning, preferably within human services.
* A driven and proactive approach to recruitment, with a focus on finding and engaging the right people.
* An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
* Strong technology skills, including proficiency in HRIS systems, data tracking tools, and Microsoft Office 365.
* An understanding of compliance requirements, including WWVP checks, VEVO references, and SCHADS Award.
* A desire to coordinate training and ensure staff have a professional onboarding and learning experience.
