We're looking for a strong lead building designer or architect ready to take the next step.
DCM Building Design is an award-winning Sunshine Coast firm with a growing multi-residential portfolio and a clear opportunity for the right person to take a leadership role within the business.
Our projects range from townhouse developments, duplexes and multi-unit projects through to high-end residential homes across the Sunshine Coast and broader SEQ region.
The role involves:
Leading design
Managing DA approvals
Coordinating consultants and clients
Overseeing documentation delivery
Mentoring team members
We're seeking someone with:
5+ years' experience
QBCC Medium Rise or Open licence
Strong multi-residential background
Revit proficiency
Commercial awareness and leadership ambition
