The Opportunity
This is a chance to take the lead on-site while still being on the tools and sharpening your craft.
Working closely with our Site Supervisor, you will:
* Lead and motivate site crews to deliver high-quality roofing and cladding installations
* Organise and schedule daily tasks to keep jobs on time and on spec
* Uphold Euroclad's safety, quality, and cultural standards
* Mentor juniors and apprentices, lifting the standard across the team
* Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and other trades
* Solve problems quickly with a calm, proactive, "get it done" mindset

About You
You're the sort of person who:
* Wants a fresh start in the New Year with a company that's going somewhere
* Has strong experience in copper and/or zinc roofing/cladding (or aluminium architectural cladding)
* Is organised and detail-focused – you don't cut corners
* Has led small crews or taken charge on-site and can back it up with references
* Enjoys teaching others and setting high standards
* Is ambitious and keen to grow into more senior leadership as the company expands
