Key Responsibilities:
Take a proactive approach to understanding and addressing customer needs by providing guidance and recommending suitable product solutions within the industrial/trades space.
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and maximise their purchasing experience.
Implement a structured call cycle to develop and maintain profitable business relationships with both new and existing clients.
Identify and gain new business opportunities, as well as capitalise on opportunities for growth with current customers.
Manage incoming leads, handle data entry, and facilitate work flow distribution through the company's operating system.
Provide internal support and collaborate with the sales team to optimise customer interactions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the industrial/trades sector.
About You:
A proven sales professional with experience in the trades or industrial sector, or relevant experience in a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Highly driven, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment.
Excellent multitasking abilities without compromising service quality, ensuring all customer needs are met efficiently.
Dependable, accountable, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Passionate about continuous growth and development, maintaining a positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
