**Job Description:**

1. Maintain up-to-date master schedules using Microsoft Office or similar software, considering input from engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and business development teams.
2. Collaborate with various departments to understand critical work requests and mitigate potential schedule impact risks.
3. Evaluate and ensure alignment between Material Requirements Planning (MRP) dates and current vehicle products.
4. Utilize factory scheduler applications and other tools for accurate scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocation.
5. Create daily work schedules, track progress, update project schedules, and advise leadership on necessary adjustments.
6. Schedule fixture, tooling, and test equipment requirements for efficient production processes.
7. Support internal logistics for the movement of critical work items.
8. Promote lead time improvements and meet schedule demands by pushing/pulling work as needed.
9. Work closely with production, operations planning, and engineering teams to eliminate blockers.
10. Stay informed about facilities and manpower availability.
11. Lead root cause analysis and develop permanent solutions during product builds.
12. Identify and support improvements in yield, quality, safety, cost, and efficiency.
13. Streamline and automate production processes where feasible.
14. Communicate daily priorities effectively to production staff.
15. Provide regular schedule performance updates through reports.
16. Develop metrics using queries and Excel to monitor shortages and schedule risks.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in manufacturing scheduling.
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
* 2+ years of experience working with MS Office applications.
* 2+ years of experience with ERP/MRP systems in a production environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience writing SQL queries.
* Familiarity with lean principles, Six Sigma, and Kaizen concepts.
* Project management professional certification.
**Additional Requirements:**
* Flexibility to work all shifts, extended hours, and weekends as required.
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
* Ability to stand for at least 8 hours.
