About The Role
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the People & Culture function. You'll be the first point of contact for staff queries, a champion for great employee experiences, and a trusted coordinator behind key HR activities.
The People & Culture Administrator plays a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, providing essential administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth processes and a positive employee experience for our teams. This role is the perfect entry point into the People & Culture function, offering hands‐on experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day People & Culture administration, including documentation, correspondence, and database management
* Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, scheduling interviews, preparing contracts, and onboarding
* Maintain accurate employee records and assist with reporting and compliance requirements
* Provide timely and professional responses to employee and manager enquiries
* Assist with organising learning and development activities, events, and engagement initiatives
* Support payroll processes through accurate data entry and cross‐checking employee information
* Contribute to continuous improvement of P&C systems, processes, and employee experience
