Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Admissions Coordinator. As a key member of our care home operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administration support across all aspects of our facility.
In this role, you will drive the 'enquiries to arrivals' process and pipeline, ensuring seamless transitions for potential residents. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for current and future residents, family members, and other lead source generators.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing resident administration including enquiries, admissions, and maintaining occupancy targets
* General administration including document control, filing in line with Accreditation Agency Standards, customer service, and reception duties
* Implementing organisational initiatives and community events as directed by the General Manager or Corporate Head Office
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Minimum of a Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Previous experience gained in a similar role
Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite
Highly developed organisation and time management skills
The ability to solve problems independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes
