Program Manager (Part‐Time) – Provisionally RegisteredEarly Childhood Teacher Mentoring Program

About the opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interest from experiencedprogram leaders to support the delivery of a proposed ProvisionallyRegistered Early Childhood Teacher Mentoring Program in South Australia.The program is designed to support provisionally registered Early ChildhoodTeachers (ECTs) to progress to full registration through high‐qualitymentoring, professional learning, and Communities of Practice.
This is an expression of interest only. Appointment tothe role is contingent on successful contract award and final agreement onscope and resourcing.
The role
The Program Manager will provide overall leadership andcoordination of the mentoring program, ensuring high‐quality delivery,effective governance, and strong engagement with stakeholders.
The role is expected to:
* Leadprogram mobilisation, planning, and delivery oversight
* Actas the primary point of contact with the Office for Early ChildhoodDevelopment
* Establishand manage governance, reporting, and contract management processes
* Overseerecruitment, onboarding, and coordination of facilitators, mentors, andportfolio advisors
* Monitorrisks, quality, timelines, and performance against agreed milestones
* Supportevaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement across the program
Indicative commitment
* Fixed‐termor consultancy arrangement (to be confirmed following contract award)
Requirements
About you
You will bring:
* Demonstratedexperience managing complex education or workforce development programs
* Strongunderstanding of the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector
* Experienceworking with government clients and managing reporting and governancerequirements
* Excellentstakeholder engagement, coordination, and leadership skills
* Experienceoverseeing professional learning, mentoring, or capability‐buildinginitiatives (desirable)
