About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full time in Melbourne.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening our digital footprint, improving marketing automation and driving lead generation programs.
Day to day you will:
– Manage website content updates and optimise search performance
– Lead our social media strategy and content
– Execute paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn
– Build and maintain HubSpot automation workflows and email campaigns
– Analyse performance metrics and provide insights
– Support multimedia and video content production

About you
You bring previous experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B technology environments.
You are confident using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console and you are comfortable working with WordPress and Gutenberg Blocks.
You have demonstrated capability in social media management and paid digital advertising and you work effectively with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
You are proficient in website administration and content management systems and you apply strong analytical thinking to convert data into practical insights.
You write clearly and create engaging digital content and you manage multiple campaigns and priorities with strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
It is an advantage if you have experience in healthcare technology or enterprise software marketing, Google Ads or LinkedIn Campaign Manager certification and skills in video editing or multimedia production.
An understanding of HTML or CSS for optimising emails and landing pages and experience using AI tools for content creation or optimisation would also be beneficial.
