CELOTTI MARKETINGis partnering with a local organisation in Palmerston, NT to source an experienced Marketing & Communications Officer for a short-term onsite contract through to mid-March, with potential for extension.
Roles & Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Producing clear and accurate written content for websites, media releases, correspondence, reports, speeches and internal communications.
* Coordinating and responding to media enquiries and supporting media placement.
* Delivering marketing and communication campaigns for events, programs and community initiatives.
* Creating content across print, digital and social channels.
* Monitoring and managing shared communications inboxes and tracking follow-up actions.
* Supporting events and community engagement activities from a communications perspective.
* Maintaining brand consistency, visual identity and creative assets.
* Coordinating creative materials including advertisements, flyers, posters and publications.
* Providing administrative, reporting and budget support within the communications function.
Who We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A qualification or demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, PR, journalism or business.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
* Confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience using social media platforms and analytics.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Exposure to government, regulated or highly structured organisations (desirable).
What We Can Offer You
* $58.52 per hour + super
* Short-term contract through to mid-March, with potential for extension
* Onsite role based in Palmerston, NT
