About the opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager to lead the statewide delivery and performance of Linen Services. In this role, you will provide operational leadership across multiple sites, develop management capability, and drive a safe, customer‑focused and high‑performing workplace culture.
You will build strong relationships key internal and external stakeholders, using your communication and influencing skills to support collaboration and achieve strategic outcomes. A key focus will be leading service improvement, managing change, and driving the adoption of new technologies to enhance efficiency, resilience and long‑term sustainability.
This role is ideal for a forward‑thinking leader with strong analytical skills, proven experience delivering operational reform, and the ability to navigate complex service environments while maintaining high standards of performance, compliance and quality.
