The role
Join our team as a Sales Program Manager and help shape the joint sales and marketing strategies that bring nbn's products to life in the market.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver joint sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with Telstra.
- Lead programmes that integrate data‐driven insights with creative marketing execution.
- Develop and execute co‐branded campaigns and leverage digital channels to optimise performance.
- Ensure strategies resonate with customers and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Build trust and partnership across senior stakeholders and foster alignment.
Qualifications
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven experience in account management within large, complex organisations.
- Marketing expertise, particularly in co‐branded activities and digital engagement.
- Ability to influence at senior executive levels and inspire alignment across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills and data‐driven approach to uncover opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and organisational resilience.
- Previous experience working with or in Telstra highly regarded.
